QM4-40 high quality concrete chain block making machine
Product details page content section:
Product description
The QM4-40 chain-type concrete brick making machine is constructed with national standard steel, ensuring high durability and wear resistance in demanding working environments. The machine supports the production of various types of bricks, including hollow and solid blocks, by simply changing the molds.
With a volume of 4 CBM and a weight of 1.1 tons, it is powered by a three-phase electricity supply (380V/50Hz), though the configuration can be customized according to specific customer requirements. The total power consumption is 6.7 kW, which includes a 2.2 kW motor and three vibration units each rated at 1.5 kW.
The machine is designed to be used with pallets sized 850×550×20mm, providing stable and efficient brick molding operations. Suitable for medium-scale production, it offers flexibility, reliability, and ease of operation, making it an ideal solution for construction projects and brick manufacturing businesses.

Technical feature
Vibration molding is the core advantage of concrete brick making machines, enabling the production of high-quality blocks efficiently and consistently. This process uses high-frequency vibrations to reduce internal friction between particles, allowing the concrete mixture to compact thoroughly under gravity. As a result, the bricks achieve high density and exceptional compressive strength, making them durable and resistant to wear and weathering. At the same time, the machine has significantly reduced the reliance on the number of operators and the physical labor intensity, lowered the labor costs, and improved the stability and consistency of the production process.
The finished products have smooth surfaces, precise dimensions, and sharp edges, giving them a professional appearance ideal for both structural and decorative applications. Moreover, vibration molding facilitates rapid production cycles, reduces cement consumption, and supports the use of diverse molds—all while minimizing manual labor. Its flexibility and efficiency make it indispensable for manufacturing solid, hollow, and specialized bricks on a small or medium scale.
