The small QMR2-45 concrete brick making machine is compact in design, with an overall volume of 2 cubic meters, and operates on single-phase 220V power, making it highly suitable for areas with limited electricity resources. With a total weight of 240 kg, the machine is relatively portable and can be equipped with wheels for easy movement, eliminating the need for pallets during operation.
Its power configuration includes a 1.5 kW motor, complemented by an upper vibrator of 0.75 kW and a lower vibrator of 0.75 kW, ensuring efficient vibration and compaction during the brick formation process. However, this model is specifically designed to produce hollow and solid bricks only, and is not suitable for manufacturing paving blocks or curb stones.
