Production Characteristics

QT4-15 Block Making Machine:  
1.Efficient, super exciting system design, the use of computer control hydraulic system flow pressure, to achieve vertical synchronous vibration, frequency conversion, braking, and double end synthesis output, balanced and efficient exciting force to all parts of the mold box, greatly improve the product density, and mold box service life.  
2.Adopt intelligent PLC control, man-machine interface, automatic fault diagnosis, vibration system adopts electro-hydraulic proportional valve control, realizing low frequency feeding and high frequency vibration molding, installing multi-row mixing fork cloth system, can quickly and evenly release materials into the mold box.  
3. The storage and distribution device adopt closed electric roller drive, strictly controls the storage amount of small hopper, so as to be used with delivery, and prevent the concrete from being liquefied in advance by aftershocks, affecting the fabric.
QT4-15 Cement Block Forming Machine’s main technical characteristics: Advanced hydraulic system and electro-hydraulic integration system is adopted to control, simple in operating, reliable in running. Its material distributing system mounted with multirow of stirring fork scan quickly and evenly discharge the materials into the molding box. The integration of hydraulic pressuring and vibrating make the brick shaping more quickly and strength in density. And it is multi-using, can produce different size of blocks with different moulds.
